Eight ounce cut tenderloin of beef encrusted with rainbow peppercorns, topped with brandy Dijon cream sauce, served with twice baked herb potato and fresh garlic asparagus.

Panko Parmesan Encrusted Haddock

haddock served with rice pilaf and garlic wilted spinach.

Carved Sirloin

Thinly sliced choice cut sirloin topped with an herb demi-glaze served with garlic whipped potatoes and fresh vegetable du jour.
